Taking a break--but first . . .

I’m taking a break for this issue. Imagine me lounging in a hammock at the Outpost, lazily looking over the forest-covered hills, above a pristine, blue bay.

Part of the reason for the break is that I’ve spent some time today setting up the Commonwealth Cafe newsletter site (yes, on Substack) and its first post.
